Scope

Custom magnetic photos (non-AR): Final sale. No returns or refunds unless damaged on arrival.

AR Experience Magnets: In case the AR video fails to work please reach out to us on Whatsapp: +96181161793 or via email: support@getsouar.com and we will help you solve the issue. In case unsolved, the customer has right for a refund within 4 to 5 days of issuing the refund approval.
